Today we are delighted to launch a new campaign that we have been working on for quite a few months now.
Earlier this year we were lucky to get involved with a new EU project with our friends at the Western Development Commission.
Today we launch Spot-lit, a new project to help grow the literary tourism industry in the Northern Periphery and Arctic Region. The regions participating in the Spot-lit programme area are Western Ireland, Northern Ireland, Eastern Finland and South-West Scotland.
This is yet another collaboration project with Denise Rushe at Starling & Co. (More news on that soon!). We also loved working with Kathy Scott in the early stages of the project on refining the finer points of the Comms Strategy. She is quite the maestro in arts marketing!
We helped create a Communication Strategy for the project and are now delighted to be supporting the execution of that strategy over the next two years.
A key piece of the launch project was the development of an explainer animation. Being honest we hadn’t worked on animation before so this was exciting and terrifying all at once. We are super-proud of the results which really was all down to the talent that is Jonathan Parsons at MuteGrab. A more erudite and sound head you will not meet.
So if you know somebody involved in literary tourism or thinking of getting involved; be it a literary festival, trail, service or product, please tell them to check out spot-lit.eu.
